available to and affordable for all businesses, whether big or small. We charge
a standard flat rate of $55/hour for all web design work. A normal 5-7 page site
usually takes 9 - 14 hours. Our initial consultation is free, and all other work
is charged at the same rate.
Simple tips to help expedite the design of your
site are as follows.

Make a folder for your website information.

Then have all the verbiage written down and ready to email or deliver a hand
copy to your rep.

Then have all pictures taken and saved in a common folder ready to be emailed.

Finally have color schemes, font types and
ideas on page layouts done in advance and written down.

Put it all in a folder and call us to help with
the rest.
How can we charge such a low rate? Home office = low overhead ... and we pass
the savings on to our clients. Plus we keep detailed records of all work and
present itemized monthly bills generated by QuickBooks. BLR customers always
know how WE are spending THEIR money.
Invoicing & Payment:
BLR Computer Connections requires a $150 non-refundable design deposit
in advance to begin web site services for all clients. This amount is deducted
from the cost of your site. This deposit helps cover initial costs and time
spent gathering information and initial design.
We will work with the client to understand the vision they have for their
site. We will start construction immediately and normal turnaround from
inception to having a live working website is 30 days. Invoices will be sent as
work is completed or at the end of each month according to our regularly monthly
billing cycle. To avoid repeat billing and keep our costs down, payment is due
in full within 15 days of invoice date, unless previous payment
installment arrangements have been authorized.

Steps:

Initial Invoice will be for 1st 2 weeks
of web work completed. Please note all work will be available on our
site to critique after Initial Invoice is paid in full

Final Invoice will include all time
spent after initial invoice. Website will be published on YourNewBusiness.com,
when your Final invoice is paid in full.
BLR invoices web site
design and maintenance on a monthly basis. After the initial site and publishing
takes place any other work done is billed at our same $55/hr rate. In cases where the balance totals
less than $20, the invoice is usually carried over until a reasonable billable
amount is reached. Payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice.
